         Ready to Register?

 

: ALL required enrolling documents must be uploaded via the online application. Once the application has been processed and approved, you will receive an approval email.  Please DO NOT send students to school until you have received the approval email. 

ALL required enrolling documents must be uploaded via the online application. Please submit the following documents when submitting your application:

• 2 Proofs of Residency Dated Within the Last 30 Days or most recent bill (e.g.; mortgage, lease, water, gas, electric)
• Photocopy of Parent/Guardian’s State Issued ID
• Birth Certificate 
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Record on GA Form 3231(Must be up to date) or proof of immunization appointment 
• Ear, Eye, and Dental Record on GA Form 3300 or proof of screening appointment
• Official Transcript / Final Report Card with Proof of Promotion to 9th Grade from Previous School
• Discipline/Behavior Report from Previous School 
• Student Withdrawal from Previous School with date first entered 9th grade

An application is not complete until you submit it. Previous Schools are only required to send Academic Documents and all other documents are the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to provide. 

Be aware that if you wait for the previous school to send Parental Documents, there will be a delay in processing your application. Once the application has been processed and approved, you will receive an approval email.
