Volunteer Fingerprinting Instructions

The following steps are required to become a volunteer here at M. D. Roberts:

  1. Obtain an application from school or print from documents below. On the front page of your application, complete Section 1 only, along with all subsequent pages.
  2. Before your appointment, visit the school to obtain the School Level Designee’s (Parent Liaison Ms. Jackson) signature.
    Please remember to bring a valid ID.
  3. Schedule your fingerprinting appointment using the link below:
    Fingerprint Appointment Scheduler please be present and on time for your appointment.
  4. Your application will be notarized at the time of your appointment at the CCPS Police Department at 1099 Battle Creek Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30236, USA, where you will also complete Section 2.

Processing Time:
Results are typically returned within 24–48 hours after your appointment.
